  2. Where Is It ? The Mediterranean Sea is the sea that separated Europe from Africa and Asia.

  3. How BIG Is It ? It is about 10,000 miles deep and 1,000 miles across the smallest Mideast point.

  4. Island and Names The countries around the sea calls it a different names like Asia calls it the Levantine Sea ,Greece and Italy calls it the Ionian Sea ,and Easter Basin calls it the Aegean Sea.

  5. How Is It Made It was made by tectonic plate breaking and collision of Africa and Eurasian plates it happen between five –twelve million years ago.

  6. BAD They have pollution and oil spiels so there is not a lot of fish. COOL & BAD

  7. Discovery In the 15th century the Mediterranean area was the discovery.

  8. When to Go People go during hot and dry in the summer (not me unless I want a tan)and mild cold and wet in winter.

  9. Pretty There is 110 mils of cost line and43 beaches to pick and some are in south of France that is the prettiest beaches.
