  2. Aluminium tape Offset 3.000mm Cover bottom Cover top 1 • Draw the template of the cover bottom and cut toward “EXTERNAL”.

  3. Cover top Cover bottom Offset 3.000mm 2 • Copy the template and to cut on the contrary: toward the “INTERIOR”.

  4. Offset 3 • Cut the walls and make the male fit before to glue.

  5. Offset Glue 4 • Glue all the sides cut at 45º

  6. Aluminium tape Aluminium tape Offset External face 5 • Unite the four sides with aluminum tape for the exterior.

  7. Offset Glue Internal face 6 • Rotate the duct in position with the interior face up.

  8. Offset 2 1 7 • Close the piece following the order.

  9. Offset 3 8 • Close the piece following the order.

  10. Offset 4 9 • Close the piece following the order.

  11. Offset 9 • Close the piece following the order.

  12. Offset 5 10 • Close the piece following the order.

  13. Offset 6 11 • Close the piece following the order.
