  10. Salary and Benefits • Salary scale: • 1st Year – 62,000 2nd Year – 68,500 • 3rd Year – 75,500 4th Year – 87,500 • Benefits include: • Company Car • Insurance • Paid Holidays and Vacation Days • 401K & Aldi retirement savings plan
