  1.  CALIFORNIA Poison Action Line 1-800-222-1222 Exhibit #4a: Poison Control Information If you think that you have been exposed to a poisonous material, or, you’re not sure, contact your local poison control center immediately for help. ·Keep the local poison control center number near your phone or in a central location.
