What Evaluation is about? Part of WP4: Quality control and Monitoring. Task 4.2: External Quality Control Parallel activity with Task 4.1: Project Progress Monitoring. Runs almost throughout the project. SEERC – A Research Centre of the University of Sheffield and CITY College
What Evaluation is about? The external evaluator will undertake the external evaluation of the project, cooperating with the project’s coordinator (ATEI of Thessaloniki) and the other beneficiaries of the project. The external evaluator will assess the relationship between: the initially stated aims and objectives with the achieved results (relevance). the effort and money required to deliver these results (efficiency). the planned impact indicators with the level of their successful achievement (effectiveness). What do we have to do? Evaluation methodology: A detailed Evaluation and Impact Assessment methodology shortly after the project starts. Interim evaluation report: A report approximately at the halfway point of the project. Final Evaluation report: A report summarising the final achievements by the end of the project. How we will do it? Overall process: On-going interaction. ~ every 3 months the evaluator will run the above circular process to create/update findings. All of the proposal’s ‘live’ Impact Indicators will be monitored and assessed (e.g. teachers trained, students enrolled in new programmes, country visits, courses developed, etc.).
