Do U Have it in U?

1. Do U Have it in U? R U A Leadership Material ? Some r born Leaders, for some Leadership is forced upon (inherent) , But real Leaders are the one ,who emerge as Leaders by making mistakes ,by doing what other think is foolish. V r focusing on last ones!

2. Everyday do you wake up with a plan? or Your Boss wakes you up with his plan for you? or Everyday is different ,so you have to plan anew on every day basis? If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders ,from beginning ,think long term, day-to-day happening may change their tactics, but strategies/GOALS REMAIN SAME AT LEAST FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD TIME,TILL PROVED WRONG

3. R u restless ? or U think everything happens as per Divine’s will & one day you would get your place under the sun? (Kismat se Jyada, Samay se pahle ,kisikokuchnahinmilta? type) If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeader are always thinking to improvise

4. R u ready 2 (Change) or You think that now U r too old for them Or U think these r whacky things & u should stay away from them, THESE r against traditions If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders Change themselves depending upon circumstances ,they love to experiment with new ideas

5. Do U feel that whatever U do today has an impact on tomorrow, day after tomorrow, next year, next decade, next century & thereafter? or You think U r too busy a creature to visualize the same If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders Know what they are doing & where it would lead.

6. Do you find happiness in small things? (like eating a candy, catching a butterfly, watching a glowworm, enjoying your kids’ games) or You think it has nothing to do with Leadership & only a mad can write these while discussing a serious topic like Leadership? If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders always have a CHILD IN THEM ,THAT IS HOW THAY CAN THINK CHILD LIKE ABOUT NEW THINGS,NEW WAY ETC. Also they also know that they are human

7. In face of tough questions, do u answer from mind (politically correct ) or from your heart? or You think that you should not jeopardize your job by speaking your heart out (Understandable, after all u have parents, kids, family to take care) If the answer is that you speak from Heart (no doubt ,keeping others’ sensibilities in mind), then You have what it takesLeaders are never scared , they are ready to state, face the facts

8. Do you think you were born Lucky & you have been always been lucky THEREAFTER? or You think you have been unfortunate one always If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders Change the circumstances to make things work for them

9. Do you stand up for your friends? or You use your friends for Standing up ? Or You are scared from your friends & use your access to their private lives to move up If the answer is top one, then You have what it takesBut if you are 2nd or 3rd type of person, You may become a leader in worldly sense ,but you can never be a true leader with ENDLESS POTENTIAL.

10. Do you think by reading these kind of things or books do not make U a Leader ? or You think these are helpful If the answer is any of the above, then You have what it takes

Now a very Common Question When you state a problem, do you also give solution along with the same in next sentence? or You think ,you can only tell the problem to higher ones as U r at a very low position to come with a solution If the answer is TOP One, then You have what it takesLeaders ALWAYS HAVE Plan b & also a plan c ,if plan a does not succeed.
