Federal Support forAlternative Fuel • President Bush, in his 2003 State of the Union address, announced his intention to reverse America’s growing dependence on foreign oil. • This will be accomplished by using alternative fuels.
Alternative Fuels • Liquid Propane Gas • Compressed Natural Gas • Electricity • Hydrogen • BioDiesela • Ethanol-Blended Gasolineb • E10 or “Gasohol” (10% Ethanol and 90% Gasoline) • E85 (85% Ethanol and 15% Gasoline) a: Not available in Oklahoma b: Available on limited basis in Oklahoma
