How our Customers “Go Green” • AMIS is a Supplier of “Custom ASIC” Products • AMIS will Continue to Provide Customers withNon-RoHS Compliant or Non-Green Products as long as Customers Require Them • RoHS Compliant or Green Packaged Products Offered upon Customer Request • Contact AMIS Sales for More Information • At Least Four Weeks are Required to Generate the New Device in the Compliant Package

Four Steps to a Green Package • Customer Requests a Quote for aGreen Packaged Version of aProduction Part • AMIS Generates a Quotation to Generate a New Device Identity that puts the Same Die into an RoHS Compliant or Green Package • The New Package is Pin-to-Pin & Footprint Compatible • Sort, Final Test & QC Screening are the Same • Customer Accepts the Quote & Issues a P.O. as well as a New Part Number to AMIS • AMIS Generates a New Device Number & Marking Diagram for Customer Review & Approval

  5. Managing the Transition toGreen • Customer may Place First Production Order for the New Device in the Green Package Four Weeks after Step 3 • AMIS does not Send Samples of the New Device • Will Accept a First Production Order that is Below our MOQ • Normal Manufacturing Lead Times Apply • Check with AMIS Customer Service on Availability of Common Die • Customer may Order both the Old Non-Green Device &the New Green Device, in Parallel for as long as They Require • Both are Distinct Devices
