Definition eines Agenten “An agent is an encapsulated computer system that is situated in some environment, and that is capable of flexible, autonomous action in that environment in order to meet its design objectives.”1 • Agent nimmt Ereignisse seiner Umwelt über Sensoren wahr und verarbeitet diese • Ziel: durch eine geeignete Massnahme zu agieren und einen gewünschten Zustand eines Teils seiner Umgebung zu erreichen. 1Wooldridge, M. Definition eines MAS • Ziel: Lösung eines komplexen Problems mit hohem Zeitbedarf durch Zusammen-arbeit der „Teilsysteme“ • Voraussetzung: mindestens zwei Agenten mit der Eigenschaft des sozialen Verhaltens • Teilsysteme entwickeln neue Emergenzen auf höherer Ebene aufgrund der Struktur • Modellierung einzelner Softwareagenten • kein global vordefiniertes Ziel Was ist ein Agent ?
