This is a fun exploration of the interplay between wine and food and how each can affect the way your taste buds experience flavors. After this class, you will surely be able to create "perfect pairs" every time.  Aromatherapy with a Corkscrew – Chris Gather of Restaurant Gary Danko Explore wine aromas suggestive of fruit character, barrel aging and terroir while tasting four wines. Exercise your sense of smell through a series of aroma identifications designed to allow you to discover how your personal sensory memory impacts how you recognize aromas. Turn wine drinkers into wine tasters in one hour Brown Bagging It … An Enlightening Blind Tasting – Scott Tracey of La Toque This fun and thought provoking class offers a blind tasting of eight delicious wines. These wines are paired off and tasted blind for all to compare. Each pair, crafted from identical grapes but grown in different parts of the world, will battle to see which is preferred by all in attendance.
