Student of the Month: Respect: NyKia Cannon Mrs. Cleland’s students are so proud to feature NyKia as our “Student of the Month” for RESPECT. Among numerous other admirable character traits, NyKia makes respectful choices every minute of her school day. Her classmates recognized her as being respectful because she shares her materials and helps others when help is needed. She also understands that “patience is a virtue” and never interrupts another student when they’re speaking. Above all else, what we may love most about NyKia is that she is simply just nice.
