  2. Situtaion • Our current setting is at a old going out of business bowling alley

  3. Action • We have came up with different measures to address this problem. • Buy a already built bowling alley • Add a bar and grill to attract more people to come • Buy a chunk of land and build a bowling alley with a bar and grill

  4. Recommend • We buy a already built bowling alley • With the money we have left over we can buy new bowling balls • New wood for the lanes • Add a bar and grill • And but advertisement in newspaper’s and put our number in the yellow book

  5. implement • The amount of money we are asking is 137,000 • Buying a old bowling alley- 80,000 • Putting ad’s in the paper- 2,000 • Remodeling the whole building- 30,000 • Adding a bar and grill- 25,000

  6. Evaluate • If you give us the money for our non-profit organization we can make our company more popular to the town we will get better reviews for more and newer customers
