  7. Dynamic. • DVA Webclaim only requires the minimum information to assess your claim. • You will be prompted if further information is required.

  8. Smart. • DVA Webclaim remembers patients you have claimed for previously. There is no need to key the same information over and over again.

  9. Secure. • DVA Webclaim is accessed via DHS’ Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) portal using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption.
