Per Capita Use per capita to cover 77% of operations and administrative expenses • Currently $26.42 – Presbytery share $16.51 • Increase $1.58 next year – 2nd lowest in NE • Per capita budgeted to increase $11,500 • $68,515 in unpaid per capita as of November 15 • $70,075 in unpaid per capita paid by HRP in last five years
Mission Treasury • Presbytery retains 68% of mission giving; 2% forwarded to Synod of Northeast, and 30% to General Assembly • Budget holds after decline in Mission giving of $45,000 in 2009 • Goal: increase number of church mission pledges from current 61 to 75
