Country Level Purpose is to decide on areas of focus Governance & strategic management United Nations coordination system Programme activities Operations (i.e., human resources, procurement, finance, information technology, general administration, and safety & security) Other focus areas (NEX advances, procurement, safety & security)
Assessment Quantitative (e.g., GSS, balanced score card, external/internal reports, Atlas routines) Qualitative(e.g., OAI-NY investigation unit, RBEC cluster leader, RR/RC)
Administration Agree mission dates with country office Send notification memo (by OAI-NY) Assign audit leader/members Obtain feedback via survey (by OAI-NY)
Follow-Up Status of implementation of agreed actions Every six months – June/December Review management assertions Unsatisfactory rated audit – may include on site visit More than 18 months recommendation – special mention to the Executive Board
