  2. What is lynda.com? • Thousands of online video tutorials on many software packages. • Online video tutorials on many media development skills, such as photography. • Interviews with and documentaries on industry leaders and artistic visionaries.

What is lyndaCampus? • A recent upgrade to the lynda.com service at Penn State. • Now you also have: • Individual profiles • Bookmarks of favorite courses, tutorials, and specific points within movies • Certificates of completion when you complete a course • A personal training history, including course history, movie history, and recent activity reports

  4. Individual Profiles • Optional. You need: • First and last name if you wish to receive certificates of completion. • An email if you leave PSU, gain access to lynda.com from another subscription, and wish to access your old bookmarks, etc.

  5. Bookmarks You can set a bookmark for any tutorial, then return to that exact spot at a later time.

  6. Certificates of Completion When you finish a course by watching every tutorial in the course, you can receive a certificate of completion. In addition to printing the certificate you can email or embed your certificate in a blog post or web page. These are the best ways to ensure authenticity of the certificate.

  7. Training History You have access to several reports under the My Training menu, including recent activity, your movie history, and your course history.

  8. Is it Mobile? • Yes, for iOS devices. • Android is promised in the future. • You can use a mobile browser, but display in non-optimal.
