Project Objective Candlelight Estate is conceptualized to – • Provide a serene, secure and high-brow housing community with sufficient infrastructures and amenities for residents. • Create a strategically located estate for like-minded individuals who are interested in getting quality value for their investment.

Important Brief • Candlelight Estate is located @ Ogombo, LekkiScheme II, Lagos. • Candlelight Estate is a gated-community with 24-hour security outfit and patrol. • The project site covers approximately 6.0 hectares of land with a total of thirty (30) single-family housing units. • Candlelight Estate shares boundary with NNPC Cooperative Mega Estate @ Ogombo. • The land has a ratified Global Certificate of Occupancyand Deed of Assignment

More Briefs • The building designs are flexible, though multi-story buildings are not allowed. • Hence, the building architecture and construction will be approved and supervised with our Project Management Team • Our Project Management Team is very willing and capable to assist residents at all stages of their project work from inception to completion. • Plot sizes/Title: There are a total of 30 plots remaining. Full plot sizes are 60m x 120m. • Price/Plot: Each plot within Candlelight Estate costs Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N3.5m), plus other sundry charges for agreement signing, surveys, etc.
