Scenario: Existing Filings for specified FRN • “Current” Filings • Current / Accepted • Current / Incomplete • Current / Archived • “Proposed” Filings • Proposed / Accepted • Proposed / Incomplete • Proposed / Archived • Proposed / Withdrawn Note: Data conversion of the Form 602 data will include assigning File Numbers, archiving filings, and designating the file with the most recent receipt data as the Current / Accepted filing. User is presented the Filing Summary Page Action: Update Filing (used to create new or edit existing)
User is returned to My Ownership Disclosure Information Summary Page; a “Current / Incomplete” Filing is created
