Ken Kremsky - An Expert at Financial Work • Ken Kremsky previously worked with the accounting department and maintained the accounting and financial notification systems. • He implemented working protocols that resulted in manpower reduction and cost savings of $400k annually. • His fascination with Oreo and Premium Systems Group led him to initiate two projects - 'One Cookie Out' and the Premium Oil Reduction Project - that saved the company $3 million each year. • He played an essential role in refining, evaluating and implementing the yearly operational budget (AOP) for headquarters.

Ken Has Been Involved in Various Roles in the Organization for 18 Years • Since 1996, Ken has witnessed many acquisitions and mergers at Mondelez/Kraft/Nabisco. • He began his career as Assistant Controller at Interstate Brands Corporation, Philadelphia in March 1996, continuing till August 1999. • Here, he completed raw and packaging material optimization analysis, thus making a saving of $1.4 million annually.
