Appreciative Planning & ActionIntroductions • Appreciative pairwise Interviews • Meet a ‘stranger’ – pick unfamiliar partner • Interview each other (15 min. each) • Questions: • Tell me a story about a time when you felt you made a real difference, a real contribution, a time when you felt proud, excited – in your life, your family, your community • What was your own particular role? • What factors contributed to your success? • Introduce your partner to the group • 1 min. summary introduction with highlights of their story and role

DeliveryAction Plan to Get Started • Write a short action plan for the coming week to get started on implementing, Delivering, your Design for achieving your Dream • Each person take a task from the action plan that you want to work on • Each person write your personal commitment on your plan
