INTAS International Association for the promotion of co-operation with scientists from the New IndependentStates of the former Soviet Union (NIS) Established in 1993 to: support international scientific collaboration for mutual benefit INTAS in liquidation from January 2007. INTAS Innovation Grant Procedure: calls for Innovation Grants x) In 2003-04 only targeting innovations achieved in INTAS projects and fellowships; y) As of 2005 targeting also innovations achieved outside INTAS projects z) In 2006 only collaborative calls (FASIE) Objective: promote the further development, utilisation and marketing of innovations; support inter- national partnering between companies and scientists Budget: 0.5 - 1 million € for the calls Project duration:12, 18 or 24 months/grant
