  5. Anzac Day • Anzac Day (25 April) is observed in New Zealand as a day of commemoration for those who died in the service of their country and to honour returned servicemen and women.

  6. Anzac Day • ANZAC Day is always observed on the 25th April. • In 2011 it fell on Easter Monday. • ANZAC Day is never "Mondayised" or transferred to any other day. It is always observed on the day it falls.
