Road Map To Development CO’s Development GTL CO’s Draft WEQ 008 Assessment CO 283 Report Data Submission • Key Assumptions: • WEQ 008 is approved by December 2013 • Agreement for funding of the Change Order required is in place by June 2014 • IDCWG SC support of the CO’s development by March 2014
Road Map Breakdown • Data Submission (September 2013) • GTLSetGeneratorMW – 100% of the data is required. • GTLSetLoadZoneMW – 100% of the data is required. • GTLSetBranchflow – less than 100% of the data is required. All major tielines and major flowgate components are required – it is expected that this data is increased moving forward past September • GTLSetParTap - 100% of the data is required. • GTLSetDCline - 100% of the data is required. • CO 283 Report (December 2013) • Validate PFV against real time flows • Alter modeling to minimize unaccounted flow deemed necessary. Iterate data groupings and calculation to attain acceptable unaccounted flow. • WEQ-008 Assessment (February 2014) • Provide BPS with update document detailing the following, • Complexity of each item (Dev, Test, Implementation and Maintenance) • Each system component Impact (BOF, IDC, SDX) • Impact by Entity types (RC, BA, TSP, PSE, LSE) • Updated IDC user manual – Detailing how IDC will behave under the given methodology. • Updated SDX user manual – Detailing how SDX will look like under the given methodology.
Road Map Breakdown – Cont’ • GTL Change Order’s Draft (April 2014) • Draft and agree on all required change orders needed to successfully implement the PFV methodology. • CO’s must be presented to ORS and IDC Steering Committee for approval. • IDCWG will work with BPS to ensure that the CO’s encompass the intent of the standards. • Change Order Development (July 2014) • Give OATI the “green light” to start development. • Assumptions: • Funding agreements are in place • IDCWG, ORS and SC approval
