  3. WEATHER Dry weather causes the Savannah to h have grass. The dry season is known as Winter in the savannahs. Wet seasons make it a tropical . biome ,At the same time! The wet seasons is known as . . summer.

  4. Plants in the biome! The candelabra Tree-can be found in . Near bedrock formations/ outcrops. Elephant grass- a native grass in the African savanna. Bermuda grass- also known as the Devil’s grass and dog tooth’s grass.

  5. PLANTS IN THE BIOME! The baobab tree- has interesting names like monkey bread tree and upside down tree. Gum Arabic Tree-its hardened sap turns into acacia gum

  6. ANIMALS IN THE SAVANNAH! Common animals Rare animals: African wild dog and the black rhino

  7. Natural Landforms! Mount Kilimanjaro- One of the 7 Wonders of the world. You can go trekking on this with with its hiking routes. Mount Kenya-second highest mountain in Africa. You can also go trekking but with the view of Tanzania’s border
