  2. Expectation #1: No EXCUSES, PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION! • Groups are randomly picked and complaining about fellow group members will not be tolerated! • EVERYONE brings something to the table, work together to ensure success!!

  3. Expectation #2: PAY attention! Listen to all instructions!!! • Directions for all stations will be reviewed prior to the start of stations. • All stations will have a hard copy of directions. • Pay attention and ask questions before you start!

  4. Expectation #3: Stay in group at your assigned station! • Stay at your station until time is up, then you may move to the next station QUIETLY! • Focus on your task, you will get to do everything!!! • Talk only with your group – do not interfere with others.

  5. Expectation #4: do your part! • Everyone is expected to participate at ALL stations. • You are in groups to help each other learn, NOT COPY ANSWERS!!! • Take turns and work together.

  6. Expectation #5: What to do if you finish early or do not finish a station. • You may work on other stations that you did not finish if you are done early. • If you did not finish a station and were on-task do not worry. I will take into account if majority of the class had the same issue.

  7. Expectation #6: LIGHTS ON! • Science noise is ALWAYS okay. • If the main light is touched on, all groups must turn on the light at their station, stop the task, and be quiet. • If the light at your station is turned on, it is a warning of unacceptable behavior.

  8. Expectation #7: Have fun and learn something new! • Have a positive attitude at every station and be willing to help your group. • Don’t be afraid to ask questions to your group members or the teacher.
