The Big Picture • Course Management System usage is ever increasing • After E-Mail and the Web-at-large infrastructure, the CMS has been deemed our third most critical system from a BCP perspective • Disaster Recovery testing in Fall ‘06 demonstrated that it would take >48 hours to restore the CMS at our IBM-managed warm site. This is unacceptable. • What to do?
