The assassination attempt on Hitler was set up on July 1944 by the White Rose. • Even though the leaders of the White Rose weren’t Jewish they still felt what was happening to the Jews was cruel and unfair. • The White Rose was set up in many cities such as Hamburg, Freiburg, Berlin and Vienna. http://www.bibleetnombres.online.fr/images20/salut_hitler.jpg

After Hans and Sophie were executed, their sister Inge Jens found a journal of everything that went on while they were secretly writing letters to each other and when they were in prison and what it was like. She later edited their book At the Heart of the White Rose: Letters and Diaries of Hans and Sophie Scholl
