Who We Are Madrinas is a unique organization started in 2002 by visionary professional Latinas who saw the need for a powerful network committed to Latinas. We are dedicated to the leadership development, career advancement and mentoring of Latina professionals in Corporate America. Our members are supported through skill-building programs, mentoring and networking in person and through virtual forums.
