Authorization to Contract with AbilityOne • CFR 51-5 (51-5.1) – Encourages contracting activities to set aside products and services • FAR 8.7 – Provides justification to sole source commodities and services to the AbilityOne Program • Public Law 108-87 – Allows a business to receive credit toward meeting small business subcontracting goals when purchased from qualified nonprofit agencies for the blind in support of DoD contracts
