Crop the images to eliminate background clutter. • Do not submit an image that represents more than one piece of artwork or an image that has descriptive text about the artwork in it. • Do not alter or change the PowerPoint text font, style, size or color. Do not resize text boxes. • Delete unused PowerPoint slide pages. • After completing the PowerPoint, test it on another PC computer to ensure it can be opened. • For each image, include: • Title of work • Media: Primary Media (example - Painting) • Materials: Materials used (example – clay) • Description: Use up to 150 characters to describe the work (when and why it was created)
