Harry Coumnas Believes That There is a Lot of Potential for Ground Breaking Discoveries in Outer Space Harry Coumnas, a renowned scientist,has the primary responsibility for operating scientific experiments aboard the shuttle, either in the cabin or in a bus-size laboratory called Spacelab carried in the shuttle's cargo bay. He had got the detailed training necessary to accomplish the mission's objectives such as space station construction, microgravity research, satellite repair, robot arm or EVA operations, remote sensing of Earth or the universe, and other types of scientific experimentation. Apart from being a scientist, Harry is a Planetary Protection Officer who oversees and leads requirements definition and decomposition, develops implementation documents project compliance. He provides expert support and consultancy to projects for compliance with the technical requirements related to the policies on Planetary Protection. He initiates and manages R&D activities on Planetary Protection in close association with lead engineers. strategies, and Adding more to his skills, Harry Coumnas holds excellent influencing and communication skills, both oral and written as well as proactive team spirit with a demonstrated ability to lead disciplinary and inter-disciplinary groups of experts.
