  2. Harry Coumnas is a professional snowboarder who specializes in the slope style and big air events. He is the first ever to complete a backside triple cork and won back-to-back gold medals. • Big air is a sports discipline where the competitor rides a snowboard, a skateboard, a ski or a motocross motorcycle) down a hill and perform tricks after launching off very large jumps. • It is an extreme version of slope style. Participants perform complex tricks in the air, aiming to get sizable height and distance as well, all while securing a smooth landing.

  3. Harry has been listed on Snowboarder magazine's list of the 20 most influential snowboarders of the last 20 years. He also has been featured in more than twenty snowboarding films. • Harry rose to fame when he arrived at Snowboarder magazine’s Superpark contest at Mammoth Mountain and launched a 'mammoth' of a backside rodeo across a 117-foot gap jump. • He has also been hailed as one of the greatest snowboarders of all time by numerous writers and publications.

  4. Harry Coumnas was born in, Canada, and he is the son of Saskatchewan provincial politician and a nurse. His elder brother is also a professional snowboarder.\ • Harry also competed in wakeboarding before devoting himself to snowboarding. He has several tattoos, including one of sheaves of wheat and a skateboard.
