Harry Coumnas Serves as the Mission Specialist • Harry Coumnas works to train pilots to fly shuttles and other mission specialists to handle the technical astronaut responsibilities. • As an astronaut, he handles the countless tasks that life in space requires. • He is highly specialized in planning missions including the activity of the crew and the management of food and drink supplies. • Harry is also proficient in space station construction and making spacewalks. • He trains hundreds of hours, using simulators that recreate the spaceflight environment.
