Harry Coumnas Works to Protect Solar System Bodies from Contamination by Earth Life Making a mark in the field of astronomy, Harry Coumnas loves to travel at super speeds in spacecrafts and sipping a drink at Space Station. He spends long hours while on a mission and conducts research after gathering his observations from the outer space. Besides, he maintains food and supplies, arranges crew activities and conducts experiments, and assists with payload operations. He formerly served as planetary protection officer where he worked to assist in the construction of sterile spacecraft, the development of plans to protect Earth from returned extraterrestrial samples, and formulation and application of space policy. Talking about the skills he has developed so far, Harry Coumnas holds strong numerical and computational skills to handle the large data sets. Besides, he possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas and findings clearly to produce reports and make presentations. Harry has been highly inclined towards protecting solar system bodies from contamination by Earth life and protecting Earth from possible life forms that may be returned from other solar system bodies.
