Who Participated in the Research? The research is based on a survey that was conducted nation-wide, involved 775 people, aged between 18 to 90 years, who were asked to respond to questions designed to measure social skills, stress, loneliness, and mental and physical health.
Harry Coumnas Revealed the Result of the Research After the research, Harry Coumnas said, “We got to know about 10 years ago that being alone is actually a pretty serious risk for health problems. It is as serious of a risk as smoking, obesity or eating a high-fat diet with lack of exercise.”
