Job Seeker Training Registration OBJECTIVE • At the end of this section you will be able to: • Enroll a job seeker (participant) in a specific training course • Record attendance for the job seeker (participant) and view a summary screen for all enrolled students in a specific course and class

Job Seeker Training Registration • What it is used for: • Assign a job seeker (participant) to a specific course type, class, and Provider • Monitor/record training attendance for job seeker (participant) • Typical Usage: • To enroll program participants (WIA- Adult, Dislocated Worker, etc.) in specific training courses • Can also be used to enroll seekers in workshops as long as workshop facility is entered in SKIES as a Provider

  4. Job Seeker Training Registration EXAMPLE: • Worker Re-Training Participant is being enrolled in a math class at Provider TIMMAL

  5. Job Seeker Training Registration IN ORDER TO WORK PROPERLY….. • All relevant data (Provider name, Courses and Classes offered, Dates, Times, Number of seats, etc.) must be entered under the Provider Information section. • Input of Provider data will most likely be done by either line staff or the Providers themselves.
