  29. Measure words In Chinese you must always put a measure word in between a number and a noun. Number + measure word + noun ge 个is a common m.w. and should be used if you don’t know the specific m.w. for a noun. liǎng​ 两 = 2 when used with a measure word. Complete ex. 2 and write out the pinyin for each sentence.
