Otay Landfill Green Material Processing Operation 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 150˚F 140˚F 90˚F 96˚F MSW Metals 1 2 Temperatures were taken of the processed green material stockpiles. The stockpile along the northeast side of the operation measured between 140˚F - 150˚F. The stockpile along the northwest side of the operation measured between 96˚F - 110˚F. Otay Landfill Green Material Processing Operation 1700 Maxwell Road Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 3 4 It appears a large black chest/trunk had been removed from the unprocessed green material and placed next to the metal roll-off box. It had a five gallon bucket and an extension cord in the trunk. Photo #3 was taken looking south. Seven 5-gallon containers of lubrication oil and two 1-gallon containers of antifreeze were located on the ground adjacent to one of the employee’s vehicle.
