The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs has now for the fourth year contracted Vardø ProMor to:Prepare for establishing of a cluster of sea safety and oil spill response activities related to the Vardø Vessel Traffic Services Centre and in particular:- R&D, training and preparedness activities, and- establishing and operation of Norwegian/Russian regional cooperation within sea safety, oil spill response and sea port activities
