  1. Writing….The Never Ending Frontier The Photo Album

  2. First, the Fantastic Four • I should have indented • I should have used toe room • I should have used CUPS • I should have started by the red line

  3. Now lets focus in…. • TOO often, we write a little about a lot…it’s like looking through a photo album, but not really getting the story behind the picture.

  4. Example: • An evil cat, a funny dog, and an amazing wife. My family is short, but sweet and dear to me. Let’s begin with my wife…Tina. Tina is a wonderful women who for some reason married me. She too works with kids like me and that is why we get along so great. Then I have my cat. His name is Shady and he is annoying. Often, he will attack my feet while sleeping. Ouch, those close digging into my foot can awaken even the deepest sleepers. Beyond that, he destroys our blinds, and plays with them at two in the morning! But I am saved by my dog, oh that wonderful Maggie….

  6. It’s too much, not enough!

  7. Instead, focus one picture, & tell a story…

  8. New Example • We all have family, some distant, and some close, but I could never imagine living without my incredible wife…Tina. I remember the day crystal clear, like it happened yesterday. In church, I waited patiently, but eagerness was tugging on my tux. Sweat was rolling down, my palms seemed like oil, and my heart was beating like a trotting horse. Suddenly, the music stopped and whispers rallied around me. My angel, the women who actually said yes to me, must becoming. I could only imagine why, but she said yes, and this was the day. Defiance raged inside me, but obedience cemented by feet to the floor…

  9. Now you try! • Remember, tell a lot about a little!
