Behaviour Management and Natural Consequences Why doesn’t this work? Think younger; Lessen expectations.
Tips: • Allow time to transition; • Allow time to process information; • Reduce outside stimuli.
Parents: • Know their child better than anyone else; • Have much to contribute to their child’s well-being; • Are the first teacher for the child.
Parents: • Are generally eager to share information if given the opportunity to do so; • Have developed their own tips to get them through the day; • (we need too) Respect who they are and what they know.
