What do our Guidelines say? • Savings Guidelines: 2.6.1.4. Out-Of-Compliance • The UES estimates for these measures will continue to be RTF-Approved if a plan for bringing the measure into compliance is approved by the RTF within one year following the RTF determination that the measure is out-of-compliance. If no plan is approved within one year, the RTF will decide whether the measure should be de-activated.
OOC Measures Currently Sunsetting • Commercial • Appliances - Dishwashers • Appliances - Ice Makers • Residential • Heating/Cooling - PTCS Commissioning, Controls, & Sizing MH • DHW - Drain Waste Heat Recovery • Grocery • Grocery - ECMs for Walk-ins • Grocery - Lighting - CFLs • Grocery - Lighting - T8s • Agriculture • Variable Frequency Drives - Dairy • Variable Frequency Drives - Potato/Onion Shed
What has been done regionally? • RTF Staff will attempt to update measures where sufficient data exists • No primary data collection, but will help analyze • Surveyed region in March to prioritize out-of-compliance measures (results here) • Checked with programs for evaluations underway • Surveyed region in October specifically related to measures sunsetting in 2013 • Asked if data was available or if ok to deactivate

Other Measures Due to Sunset • Almost all OOC measures due to sunset in December & January are Grocery • Commercial refrigerator decommissioning is the exception • Obtained remaining savings potential estimates from PECI for grocery UES measures • Also referenced the 2013Cadmus Grocersmart evaluation report for BPA territory • Looked at Grocersmart data for grocery stores; omitted convenience stores
Other Measures Due to Sunset Note: These results are for measures sunsetting in December & January only. Total respondents n=19 organizations. Open Case LED and RTU VFDs were not included in the survey so no results are listed. PECI is interested in both of these measures going forward.
