Case Report. A 78 year old man is seen in consultation for syncope. He is in the ICU after passing out while driving. He drove off the road and rolled his car. His wife is also in the ICU; she is being treated for pelvic, rib, and femoral neck fractures and respiratory failure due to fat embolism
