  1. 結構生物學期中報告 M93360001 洪國勝

  2. Structure and Mechanism of theLactose Permease of Escherichia coli • Science Agust 2003 VOL 301 P610-615 • Jeff Abramson, Irina Smirnova, Vladimir Kasho, Gillian Verner, H. Ronald Kaback, So lwata • Department of Biological Science, Imperial College London • PDB ID :1PV6 IPV7

  3. Escherichia coli Lactose Permease (LacY) is a particularly well-studied representative of the first subset of membrane transport proteinsand a member of the oligosaccharide/proton symport subfamily of the MFS transporters. For advandage research of LacY, the author used X-ray structure of the inward-facing confomation of LacY to discuss LacY biofunction and mechanism of suger/proton symport.

  4. Lac Y transform lactose with proton as “Symport” lactose Proton H+ Plasm membrane cytoplasm Lac Y

  5. Structure Of Lac Y 1PV6

  6. Structure Of Lac Y+TDG 1PV7

  7. Structure analysis 1.Suger bindsing 2.Proton interaction sites 3.Input/release mechanism
