  2. Lemon and Paeroa Lemon and Paeroa originated in Paeroa . The people went down to a spring got some water and added lemon.. Soon after the coca cola factory brought it and made it a soda.

  3. Treaty House The treaty house is unique to this country because this is the first British residents home. This house was built after the treaty was signed.

  4. Wellington The Beehive is the icon for Wellington because the prime minister. Its called the Beehive because it is the same shape as a beehive.

  5. Auckland The sky tower is Auckland’s icon because it is the only sky tower in NZ or even in the world. It nearly reaches all of the clouds. It has a brilliant view and you can also sometimes see the sky tower when you look out of the windows.

  6. Te Puke The kiwi fruit is Te Pukes icon. The kiwi fruit was originally the Chinese Goose Berries. Te Puke is now the kiwi fruit capital of the world. We export kiwi fruit to many paces.

  7. Russell Russell’s icon is The Flagstaff. It is Russell’s icon because Hone Heki cut it down several times because he was Maori and it was representing the Europeans. Now it has a replica so that tourists can take photos and read the history about it. Russell is close to the Treaty of Waitangi.

  8. Me This icon is representing me. It is a ice-cream kind of like and has things that I like on it the things are, lollies, a pencil (I like to draw), grapes and a beam (the beam is my favourite apparatus). The back ground colours are blue pink and black those are the background colours because they are my favourite colours. The is a strip of green in the background and that represents my second favourite colour. The ice-cream is the because I like ice-cream.
