Stat ReportHome  » SIS  » School  » Student Reports  » Student Status/Attendance Code (STAT) • Provides a list of the students and their EMIS Situations • Can verify if students have proper EMIS Situation • Students missing an EMIS Situation will have a blank value in the EMIS Situation Column • Students missing FS records will also have blank value in EMIS Situation Column

R101A & R101BStudent Roster Detail & Summary • Verify all withdrawn students are no longer actively enrolled • Verify all withdrawn students have the appropriate student status • Check accuracy of student’s Birth Date, Ethnicity, Disability Condition and EMIS Situation • Create a roster of students enrolled to your district from other districts, particularly helpful for JVSDs

If the date specified is not an attending day, the search uses the next attending day. Default is today’s date. The Enrollment Date in prior school years will default to the last day of school. • Filters include student calendar, student status, grade, counselor and Home School IRN
