  1. How To Mitigate Nervousness Among Students Children have to face a lot of challenges as a part of their student life and they often get nervous while doing so. However, teachers can assist kids in mitigating nervousness by adopting various techniques.   #2 #1 Proper Study Schedule Since time management is a major problem for kids. So, teachers must assist them in setting up a proper study schedule. This will help kids channelize their time effectively. Promote Optimistic Thinking Address students for few minutes everyday & teach them the importance of being optimistic in every situation. You can also write a positive thought on the black board to motivate them. #4 #3 Keep The Kids Busy Provide Continuous Feedback Organize different & interesting activities for kids. This will allow them to stay physically as well as mentally active & keep unwanted thoughts at bay. Provide regular feedback to kids regarding their performance in class tests or mini tests. Also tell them the ways by which they can improve their performance further. #5 Create A Nurturing Environment  Make sure that you create a nurturing environment for the kids.
