Bring Your Own Device • Ponderosa High School is part of a program called Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). I am HIGHLY encouraging this as long as students are using their devices appropriately during class time and for the purpose indicated. If students are using their devices on tests or inappropriately, they will receive a consequence. If it is a continual problem, students may lose the privilege of using the device during class time. Students can always use paper/pencil to complete the assignments. • Please refer to my website for appropriate apps for use in my classroom. Students are NOT required to have technology, however, it is an option.
German Club • German Club is a student run club. • We try to do 2 major activities each school year. • Last year we attended the German Christmas Market and celebrated Fasching by making masks. • We will meet monthly during Mustang time.
Danke • Thanks for coming tonight. • During the year, if you need to contact me, please send an email to: • Cindy.parsons@dcsdk12.org • It is easier for me to access my email than my voicemail. I will respond within in 24 hours to your email.
