INITIAL ELIGIBILITY • GRADE 11: Beginning of the year • STEP 1: Inform guidance of your plans to register with the Clearinghouse for the initial screening, and register on the eligibility center website. https://web1.ncaa.org/eligibilitycenter/common/ • STEP 2 Request with your guidance counselor that a transcript be sent to the respective school. • STEP 3: When you register for the SAT or ACT EXAM be sure to request to send your scores to the eligibility Center Code 9999

  5. INITIAL ELIGIBILITY • GRADE 12 Request Final transcript to be sent from guidance. • Please note that all of our leveled academic courses are approved by the NCAA Clearing House.
