Location of BWC Sports Valley • Near the Chakri Interchange on the major Chakri Road is where you'll find Blue World City Islamabad. Direct access to BWC is available from the M2 Lahore-Islamabad Motorway. The NOC was given in response to letter RDA/MP&TF/F-PHS-PTR-10/148. Dated: 07-08-2018. The NOC was only given for 430 Kanals of land. Additionally, once the Punjab Government signs the Local Bodies Ordinance in December 2021, all residential societies would have NOC clearance from their District Councilors. As a result, BWC received endorsement. An application for a NOC of land extension has been made for their new block, Sports Valley. The BWC authorities have every reason to believe that the NOC for the Sports Valley block will also be approved.
Master Plan of Sports Valley Block • The society will shortly release the Blue World City Sports Valley Block Master Plan in its entirety. When a master plan is introduced to the public, Sapphire Properties gives you full updates. A residential sector comprising 5 marla, 8 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal plots is being developed by Sports Valley. Mega commercial plots of 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, and 8 Kanal size are being developed in Commercial Sector by Sports Valley.
Development Status of BWC Sports Valley • The whole development of Blue World City Islamabad is succeeding and growing forward quickly.
